Phil Thrasher focuses his practice in three areas. In the commercial real estate industry he represents many developers, contractors, owners, mortgage lenders, and loan and real estate brokers. He has handled virtually all types of transactions in commercial real estate, including property tax appeals and tax credits . His second practice area involves representing many small businesses and individuals in forming and managing their businesses and estates for growth and protection, including management of the Outside General Counsel section of the firm. His third practice area involves representing nonprofits and charities in their formation, management, maintenance of their tax exempt status, asset protection, and real property tax exemption appeals.
